The consultant you hire is the consultant who does the work.
I'm Stuart Henderson. Twenty-five years, one pair of hands, and a method I built in the field — not on a slide.
A few years ago, a small tour company in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, was taking eight bookings a year. Not eight a week — eight. The owner didn’t need a bigger ad budget. He needed to be found by the people already searching for exactly what he offered.
So we rebuilt the brand and rebuilt how search saw it, from the ground up. No ad spend. The next year, that same business took fifty-four bookings — a 575% jump, and the start of an eight-year partnership.
That’s the work I do. And it’s the whole reason I do it the way I do.
I’ve spent twenty-five years on digital strategy for international businesses — luxury real estate, tourism, professional services — across Latin America and Europe. I’m not an agency, and I don’t want to be one.
When you hire me, you get me. The senior person on the first call is the senior person doing the work on the last one. No account managers, no junior team learning on your budget, no layers between the strategy and the person executing it. I built my search and AI methodology the hard way — in real markets, for real businesses, where the results either showed up in the bookings or they didn’t.
For years, I watched good businesses pay agencies handsomely, then get handed to whoever was cheapest internally. A senior sold the strategy; a junior did the work; and the client was left wondering why the numbers never quite moved. I built the opposite of that, on purpose.
Two things I won’t compromise on:
Senior-led, start to finish. The person you meet is the person who does the work. Every project, personally.
Independent and conflict-free. I’ve no media to resell and no retainer to protect — so the advice is only ever about your result, even when the honest answer is “you don’t need me for this.”
The ground under search has moved. Your buyers used to scroll Google. Now, many of them ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google’s AI Overview — and read the answer they’re handed. If your business isn’t in that answer, you’re invisible in a place your analytics will never show you.
My job is to make yours the name that comes up — across traditional search (SEO), answer engines (AEO), and generative AI (GEO). It’s the newest and most underserved layer of all, and one of the few places a focused specialist can still outmanoeuvre a large agency.
I’m now taking that same method to Europe and the Black Sea, and I’m doing it with skin in the game. I’m building my own venture in Georgia — Georgia Luxury Tours — and relocating to Batumi to run it myself.
So when I talk about entering a new market from zero, growing from nothing, and being found in a search landscape and a language that isn’t your own, I’m not theorising. I’m about to live it. I don’t just advise on these markets — I’m investing my own life in one.
I believe where you’re based shouldn’t decide whether you can compete. A business in Managua or Batumi should be as findable as one in London or New York — and for the first time, with the right strategy, it can be. Closing that gap is the work I care about most.
Stuart Henderson is an independent digital strategist with twenty-five years' experience helping international businesses — in luxury travel, real estate, tourism and professional services across Latin America and Europe — get found in both search and AI answers. He works senior-led and solo: the consultant you hire is the consultant who does the work, on every project. His method spans SEO, AEO and GEO, and he's now building his own venture — Georgia Luxury Tours — and relocating to Batumi to run it himself, entering a new market from zero rather than advising from the outside.
About Stuart Henderson — Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Stuart Henderson?
An independent digital strategist with twenty-five years' experience in search and AI visibility for international businesses across luxury travel, real estate, tourism and professional services. He works solo and senior-led — the consultant you hire is the consultant who does the work.
How is Stuart Henderson Consulting different from an agency?
There's no agency layer. The senior person on the first call is the senior person doing the work on the last one — no account managers, no juniors learning on your budget, no distance between the strategy and the person executing it. Every project is delivered personally.
What is Stuart's experience and track record?
Twenty-five years of digital strategy for international businesses across Latin America and Europe. One example: a small tour company in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua went from eight bookings a year to fifty-four the following year — a 575% increase with no ad spend — and the start of an eight-year partnership.
What does "independent and conflict-free" mean?
No media to resell and no retainer to protect, so the advice is only ever about your result — even when the honest answer is "you don't need me for this."
What is Stuart's connection to emerging markets and Georgia?
His search and AI method was built the hard way, in real emerging markets across Latin America. He's now taking it to Europe and the Black Sea — building his own venture, Georgia Luxury Tours, and relocating to Batumi to run it himself, with genuine skin in the game rather than advising from the outside.
Why does Stuart focus on GEO?
Because buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overview and read the answer they're handed. GEO makes yours the name that comes up. It's the newest and most underserved layer of search — one of the few places a focused specialist can still outmanoeuvre a large agency.
